Do you know what your coping strategies are? What I mean by that is: How do you handle stress? Do you already have programs etched in your consciousness that when the guy with the club comes at you that you have a variety of responses ready? Some people call it the flight or flight syndrome. We have been programmed or conditioned over our lifetime to act or react in a particular way. When that 21st century version of the saber toothed tiger comes knocking at our door, how you act or react will have a direct bearing on how the stress will affect your body.
